My Favourite Swatch — The GB743 I’ve always been a fan of Swatches with the barest faces. This model in particular, called Once Again for its very retro appeal, has remained a favourite. Am into my third one now. They age and die under the strain of constant wear. What’s nice is they remain consistent and affordable.

The Adidas Country Classic II The most handsome sneaker in the world. White leather, three deep-green stripes. I cannot get my hands on these any longer. Have one last fresh pair tucked away in the top drawer to be used only if I ever have a stand-by pair in possession. If you have one in UK size 9 • US size 9½ I would be very interested.
